SCHEDULE:
6:30-8:30 am - Set up flags @City Park(by Post Office) or 150 N Main (by 10th St Center)
8:46 am - Observe national Moment of Silence together @ 150 N Main (lawn by 10th Street Center) *if you are not able to attend, please observe this where you are.
All day - Community service projects, times/locations vary.
6 pm - Free hot dogs, chips and treats at City Park (by Post Office and Armory)
7:30 - pm gather and retire flags before sundown.
ALL are welcome.
Please consider doing acts of kindness throughout the day to honor the fallen.
Beaver Service Activities:
-Clean up around town: parks (7), sidewalks, parking lots (free bags and gloves are available).
-Pull weeds in public areas.
-Do chores for an elderly neighbor.
-Help at the animal shelter.
-Hold the door open for someone.
-Make and deliver cookies/treats to someone.
- Register for the Beaver Valley Hopsital blood drive (10/9/2024) on www.redcrossblood.org
